1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, booking our services, or communicating with Prime Cleaning 4U ("we", "us", "our") through any channel (including WhatsApp, phone, or email), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Prime Cleaning 4U, governed by the laws of Malaysia.
2. Services
We provide professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Residential home cleaning (standard and deep cleaning)
- Office and commercial space cleaning
- Post-renovation and move-in/move-out cleaning
- Sofa, mattress, and carpet cleaning
- Specialised disinfection and sanitisation services
The scope of each service will be confirmed at the time of booking. Services are subject to availability within our operating areas in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and surrounding regions.
3. Bookings & Scheduling
3.1 How to Book
Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone call, or email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us (via WhatsApp message, email, or SMS).
3.2 Scheduling
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the agreed time. However, arrival times may vary by up to 30 minutes due to traffic or preceding appointments. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3.3 Minimum Booking
Minimum booking requirements may apply depending on the service type and location. These will be communicated at the time of quotation.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Quotations
All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on property size, condition, service type, and any special requirements.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Online bank transfer (FPX)
- Cash on completion
- Touch 'n Go eWallet
- Other methods as communicated at the time of booking
4.3 Payment Terms
For standard cleaning services, payment is due upon completion of the service. For recurring contracts or large-scale projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required prior to commencement.
4.4 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply if:
- The property condition differs significantly from what was described during booking
- Additional services are requested on-site
- The premises require excessive cleaning beyond the agreed scope
Any additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
5.1 By the Customer
- More than 24 hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price may apply
- No-show (no notice): Full payment may be charged
5.2 By Us
In rare circumstances, we may need to reschedule due to staff availability, emergencies, or unforeseen events. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date at no additional cost.
6. Access & Preparation
You agree to:
- Provide clear and safe access to the premises at the scheduled time
- Ensure someone aged 18 or above is present or accessible during the service
- Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable belongings before our team arrives
- Inform us of any hazards, pets, alarm systems, or special access requirements in advance
- Provide access to water and electricity supply as required for the cleaning service
7. Liability & Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
We carry appropriate business insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our staff during the provision of services. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion, with supporting photographic evidence.
7.2 Limitations
We shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, stains, or wear and tear
- Damage to items not disclosed or not secured prior to service
- Results that depend on the age, material, or condition of surfaces and fabrics
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
- Loss of valuables left unsecured in the premises
7.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question or RM 1,000, whichever is lower.
8. Customer Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your premises and cleaning requirements
- Treat our staff with respect and courtesy at all times
- Not request our staff to perform tasks outside the agreed scope of work or any dangerous tasks
- Not offer personal employment to our staff, either during or within 12 months after our service
- Report any concerns or dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the specific areas of concern within 48 hours
- The re-clean guarantee applies to the originally agreed scope of work only
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Prime Cleaning 4U or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Malaysian law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful materials
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without written permission
- Use our website to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions (including Movement Control Orders), severe weather, civil unrest, power failures, or internet disruptions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached:
- Both parties agree to attempt mediation through the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) or a mutually agreed mediator
- If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to the Malaysian courts
- For claims under RM 5,000, the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia may be used as an alternative
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Malaysian court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
